Flow of Life

A customised intervention, to provide guidance, skills and tools, to resolve & a particular life situation and move ahead.

Given below is overview of the workshops suitable for Teams, HR Managers & CEOs-:

Mindful Living

In this one day workshop, Vibha teaches how to integrate mindfulness in day to day living. It covers practical activities regarding mindful eating, mindful walking, mindful drinking, mindful use of technology, speaking mindfully and mindful listening. Vibha also shares about the concept of mindfulness, its benefits and the  neuroscience behind its benefits.

Holistic Decluttering

In this one day workshop, Vibha shares how to live lightly. It is about why and how of de-cluttering of physical, virtual/tech and mental spaces. One learns to apply simple tools to de-clutter and feel a sense of lightness and flow of energy. When you remove something from any space (physical cupboards, your mind or your phone/laptop/email), you make space for something new to come! Is’nt it true ?

Sole to Soul Circle

The ‘Sole to Soul’ circles are not workshops or ‘gyan’ sessions. Vibha holds space on a particular topic & facilitates conversations, without judging, advising or trying to fix others. You might find some answers by listening to others, reflecting or by asking your questions. Some of the topics taken up are Birth, Death, Organ donation, Mindful-listening, Power of Words and Appreciation.

Design a Meaningful Life

In this two days retreat, Vibha facilitates a deep dive into Belonging (Connection to larger community with shared purpose),  Transendence (Connection to something bigger than one’s life).  Consciouness (of self & surroundings), Connection (Compassion, Appreciation), Narrative about Self, Purpose (Values, finding meaning, reason to continue on even when life is difficult).

Self-compassion

In this one day workshop Vibha facilitates to understand self-love and self-critic and how to increase self-love and self-compassion, which is not about false sense of ego. She teaches neuroscience based activties to practice self-compassion, draw boundaries, identify energy leaks, etc. and experience a sense of expansiveness within.

Flow of Life

Having experienced challenges as opportunities to raise consciousness and build resilience, in “Flow of Life” guidance Vibha helps to have a 360 degree view of life and look beyond symptoms / behaviours. She then guides to tap inner wisdom & find meaning in life. Her tools help stop self- sabotaging beliefs & behaviors and then make conscious choices. In this process, Vibha plays the role of a GUIDE and NOT a mentor, friend or teacher. Click here to read more about the Flow of Life Guidance.

Vibha’s facilitation process is gentle, provides a ‘life nurturing’ experience to the participants and ignites consciousness. In her workshop closing circles, participants often share that they felt very álive’, ‘nurtured’ and were in no hurry to leave the space. In addition to how Vibha embodies certain attributes, this feeling of being nurtured also happens owing to the way physical workshop space is set-up.

Circle

Our workshops are always held in circle seating arrangement. Vibha’s biggest circle had 225 participants in a consultation in Bihar for Unicef and smallest had five people for StartFund’s board meeting in the Netherlands. Regardless of group size and subject matter, many participants have shared that they felt calming energy in the circle or concentric circles set-up aids non-verbal communication, breaks hierarchy and supports respectful listening.

Nature

In all our workshops we ensure to get nature in the room, if doing it in-doors. That is why we do not do workshops in basement rooms. Natural light, air and plants are that adorn our workshop circles as these aid flow of energy and positively impact participants’ state of being. Such physical spaces create a conducive atmosphere in which ideas, imagination, information and skills merge.

Bells

We have noticed three benefits of using bells in our workshops to facilitate conversations, as is evident for use of a ‘talking stick’ in native American culture. The bell can be used to indicate when the time is up for an activity. Holding something in hands reduces anxiety while talking in front of others. The way facilitator uses it, it provides equal choice for all to speak. Additionally the soothing sound of bells adds calming vibrations to the energy of the space.

Our Happy Participants!

“It was great to experience OST, a participatory approach. I really likes the workshop methodology and the scope it gave for experience sharing,”

Dr Shweta Upadhyay, Unicef.

“The way two days were engaged through OST enabled each and every individual to contribute in the process and also build their own knowledge,”

Rakesh Prasad, CRY, Kolkata.

“Thank you for putting efforts to customize a session for us. The facilitation style was effortless, not pushy, not driving any agenda and only aimed at dreaming from within,”  Akansha, Evidence Action.

“Fun and insightful. Very useful for trainers and leaders who want to genuinely include all participants and get their ideas”,

Sapna, Development Alternatives.

“I felt most excited by the variety of exercises and the insights on the background of exercises. I feel I have a deeper understanding and will therefore be able to apply it better in life and work,” Marije Ebbers, StartFund.

“Open Space Technology is a new approach for discussion. Coming smoothly to conclusion after consensus was really exciting,”

Dr Devang Jariwala SRU-Bihar.
